$2,295/month

An unfurnished Laguna Woods Village home with flexible lease terms, from month-to-month to a full year, so you can stay as long as it suits you. Thinking about buying here someday? Live in the Village first and buy once you've fallen in love. This upper-level Casa Blanca model offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and about 1,040 sq. ft., with newer laminate flooring and fresh paint. Skylights brighten the kitchen and guest bath, and the open living and dining area leads to a private covered balcony overlooking tree-lined grounds. Heat pump heating, wall A/C units, an in-unit stacked washer and dryer, and an assigned carport with storage add everyday ease. Water, sewer and trash are included, and the home is all-electric, so electricity is the only utility you'll pay. Enjoy clubhouses, pools, golf, pickleball, fitness centers and the Village bus. Lease subject to United Laguna Woods Mutual approval, age requirements and community rules. See the lease supplement for full details.
